Inovision provides complete turn-key automated systems, whether it's fixed automation or a multi-zone robot system. We will serve as General Contractor for an entire turn-key system including supplying all installation trades, PE stamps, Health and Safety Risk Assessments, and long term production support. Here are different examples of applications we have done.
Robotic Paint Finishing
We provide turn-key robotic paint systems in automotive, defense, aerospace, general industrial, class 8 truck and heavy industry markets. We can install new Greenfield systems or retrofit new equipment into your existing brownfield site. If you have existing equipment, we can do surgical removal so you can use this hardware as spare parts. We can provide multilevel solutions, from a complete paint system to an applicator upgrade.
Robotic Sealing and Dispense
We integrate or retrofit new turn-key robotic sealant, adhesive, glue dispensing and spraying systems. We are experienced with precision flow control equipment including, Servo Driven Nordson Sealant Equipment, Smart Guns, Graco PCF and Swirl, Snuffback guns, and ISD Pneumatic Shot Meter systems.
Automated Inspection Systems
Precision fluid delivery controls for adding to new or existing robotic automated systems. Offering both wall mount and robot arm-mounted solutions. Self calibrating system, highly durable for CARC defense coatings, with precision tolerance of +/- 1% target values.
Vehicle/Large Product Robot TRansfer Systems
Installing and programming ULTRA-HIGH-DUTY Payload robots is a dangerous task. We have experience installing and programming numerous systems in multiple plants. We are also one of the few companies who has also integrated a multi-arm system with these high payload robots, from the FANUC M-2000iA to the Kawasaki MG10HL.
RObotic Sanding Systems
Integrating automotive and general industrial sanding with various robots from the FANUC M-20 or M-710 or Kawasaki R-Series robots or even with hand-guided collaborative robots. We use standard equipment such as FER Robotics Force Compliance Tool, PushCorp Spindles, ASIS Electric Servo Driven Orbital Sander, and ASIS Automatic Sand Paper Changer system for a 100% automated surface finishing, sanding, and polishing system.
